This project is a 55-lot subdivision located on a 10.47-acre parcel just north of Arata Lane. Each of the 55 lots would range in size from 3,159 to 33,991 square feet. New streets would be constructed to allow for access to each of the potential parcels. Individual lot development would not be included in this project.
