Come as you are

Behind the Scenes of the Beverage District

Stir, sip, share. Chris and Brandon Matthies from Sonoma Brothers Distillery mix up cocktails using a few of their artisan, handcrafted spirits.

Who We Are.Underline

In Windsor, craft beverage makers value the land, the hard work, and of course the tasters. Together, these makers form the Beverage District; a collection of tasting rooms with their own distinct blends and flavors.

Turning Sonoma grown apples to cider. Scott Heath and Ellen Cavalli from Tilted Shed Ciderworks press, ferment and bottle their small batch ciders, celebrating the beauty of local orchards.

Why Visit?Underline

The makers believe in connecting—not performing—in sharing and enjoying with those who savor that first sip as much as they do. Those who revel in the details and appreciate the story of how it was made. Join us and be the first to test a new creation, a bitter brew, or sip wine fresh out of the barrel poured by grape-stained hands. The only thing you have to do is choose where you go first.
