Old Redwood Highway Subdivision is under construction, building an eight lot subdivision site residing on 1.814 acres. These eight lots will range in size from 6,140 to 6,844 square feet and one 9,919 square foot lot. Due to the layout of this development, construction of new street access will be underway.

7/9/2024: Planning Commission approved Variance for increase in lot coverage and Use Permit to change front setback for garage.
Town and applicant working on final map and improvement plans. Building permits submitted for 4 lots.
Submittal of building permits for lots 2 and 3. Completion of construction and issuance of certificates of occupancy for lots 1 and 4 through 8.
Development of the individual lots is not included as part of the project.
