The Town of Windsor has approved the development of Carol Shelton Winery, a 58,500 square foot 3-story building. The project will include the winery, complete with crush area, wine storage and wine tasting rooms. The ground floor restaurant will accommodate outdoor eating and the third floor and roof top will be curated as the Carol Shelton’s event space. At this time, one caretaker unit and three multi-family units will reside on the third floor.
