The Town of Windsor has received a request to develop a 24 lot residential subdivision and development project on a 5.19 acre parcel located at Hembree Lane. The site lots will range between 2,000 to 11,000 square feet, with the smaller lots located at the west end. These developments will be two-story, single-family units including some zero lot line duets. The Hembree Lane Oaks project is working to Include a two deed-restricted affordable units for moderate income households and dedication of two acres of open space contiguous with Robbins Park.
