Heritage Park is a 33-unit affordable multi-family apartment complex being developed near Highway 101. The project contains four 1-bedroom, sixteen 2-bedroom, and thirteen 3-bedroom units. The 1.66-acre development will include community features such as a playground, barbecue area, community garden, and a clubhouse.
