Quail Acres project is currently under review for development of 301 homes with a mix of lot and home sizes, including 30 affordable for-sale homes, totaling 58.9 acres. This development will have an extension of Los Amigos Road and a reduction in agricultural buffers on north and east property boundaries. An alternative plan for this development consists of 236 homes with a 12 acre school site and a three acre community park.
