The Town of Windsor is currently reviewing the Sherlock Homes residential project, hoping to construct seven new residential lots with single-family homes on approximately 1.38 acres. This development will reside on a 2.08 acre parcel on the southwest corner of Arata Lane and Los Amigos Road and the existing development on the remaining 0.70 acre parcel. One of the project's goals is to improve the frontage along Arata Lane.

  • 6/13/2023: Planning Commission approval
