Elowen Oaks (Formerly known as Shiloh Apartments) is a mixed-use project that is currently approved, developing six apartment buildings with 60 units (13 of which will be slated for affordable housing) and 35,711 square feet of commercial space. Both developments will reside on a 3.83 acre vacant lot.

7/06/2023: Administrative Hearing Office approves a Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide the 3.83-acre parcel into two.
2/03/2025: AB2729 extended the Tentative Parcel Map approval until December 6, 2026.
Permits issued for and work commenced on underground and grading.
