Shiloh Road is approved for a mixed use project spanning across 1.75 acres. This development will consist of 29 units total; 15 1-bedroom units (680-730 SF); 12 2-bedroom units (860 SF); and two studios. Construction will also allow for a 2,844. square foot community market. Each parcel will be four 3-story buildings, with maximum heights of 38’ 6”.
