Shiloh Terrace is under construction of over 134 affordable apartments on a 4.01 acre site. This residential project includes one 3-story building with 21 units and one 4-story building with 128 units. Due to the affordable housing development incentives, the site will eliminate required commercial space and reduce its required open space and parking.
